摘要
对我国齿轮用低合金钢钢种的实验研究表明,由于在热装轧制工艺中易析出碳氮化物相而恶化铸坯的热塑性,故应采用较高的直接装炉温度;结合前人的研究成果,认为对于高锰硫比,碳氮化物形成元素含量较高的钢种均宜采用高温热直装工艺;而对于锰硫比比较低的钢种,则可采用较低的热装温度以改善铸坯塑性,以减少裂纹发生倾向。
In modern integrated steel plants,low carbon slabs are often processed by a hot charge rolling(HCR),some grades show more serious cracking susceptibility in high temperature HCR than in low temperature HCR.Based on author's and the previous worker's research conclusions can be drawn as follows,slabs with low Mn/S show better hot ductility and less cracking susceptibility in high temperature HCR than in high temperature HCR because of the formation of new grain boundaries without precipitates due to γ/α phase transformation,but with high Mn/S or high content of carbon nitrides forming elements,such as Al,Ti and B,etc.,slabs show the contrary tendency because precipitation of carbon nitrides can be avoided in HCR process.
