魔芋主要性状的相关性及因子分析

Correlation and Factor Analysis of Main Traits of Amorphophalms konjac

[目的]研究魔芋主要性状的相关性及众多变量之间的内部依赖关系。[方法]对10个魔芋种质的15个主要性状进行相关性及因子分析。[结果]净光合速率与气孔导度、蒸腾速率间存在极显著正相关关系;产量与平均球茎重、根状茎条数间存在极显著正相关关系;发病率与株高、叶柄基部粗、平均球茎重、最大球茎重、根状茎条数、产量、干物质含量间存在极显著或显著负相关关系。经因子分析,将魔芋各性状指标分为形态因子、光合因子、产量因子及品质因子。[结论]增加球茎平均重是提高产量的重要途径;生长健壮的植株光合作用强,且产量高、干物质含量高、发病率低;生产上应采取农业栽培措施,促进植株生长健壮,有效控制病害发生,提高产量。

[ Objective ] To study the correlation of the main traits of Amorphophalms konjac, and the internal relationship between many varia- bles. [ Method] The correlation and factor analysis of 15 main traits of 10 Amorphophalms konjac germplasms was carried out. [ Result] Net photosynthetic rate was significantly and positively correlated with stomatal conductance and transpiration rate; yield was significantly and posi- tively correlated with average weight of bulb and number of rhizome; there was an extremely significant or significant negative correlation be- tween the incidence of disease and plant height, diameter of petioles base, average weight of bulb, weight of the bigest bulb, number of large bulbs and dry content. Through factor analysis, various kinds of trait indexes of Amorphophalms konjac were divided into the form factor, pho- tosynthesis factor, output factor and quality factor. [ Conclusion ] To increase the average weight of bulb was an important means for raising production. Healthy plants had stronger photosynthesis, high yield, high dry matter content and low incidence ; it was proposed that agricultur- al production should adopt the cultivated measures to promote the strong growth of plants and effectively control the occurrence of disease and improve the vield.
