摘要
从土壤微生物鉴定、微生物生物量及群落结构分析等方面,综述脂肪酸分析技术应用于土壤微生物多样性研究的现状,并对该技术的优点与不足进行评述,提出利用多种研究技术相结合研究土壤微生物多样性的发展前景。
The application status of fatty acid analysis in soil microbial diversity studiSs was reviewed from three aspects such as using in iden- tification soll microbial, microbial biomass and community structure analysis. The advantages and drawbacks of this technology were also sum- marized. In addition, the development prospects of studying the diversity of soil microbial combining various research techniques was proposed.
