在梳理和概括了我国农村土地征用内涵的基础上,揭示了确立农村土地征用补偿方式应注意的问题,从紧急状态和公共利益2个方面探析了我国农村土地征用补偿方式,并指出了农村征用补偿方式确立后需考虑的2个程序上的问题。

Based on the analysis and summation of rural land requisition connotation, problems should be noted in rural land requisition com- pensation ways were revealed, then rural land requisition compensation ways were discussed and analyzed from state of emergency and public interests, finally, 2 procedural problems what should be considered in rural land requisition compensation ways were pointed out.
