摘要
发酵饲料优劣的判断,长期偏重于营养物质的增加,而忽视了微生物作用导致的营养物质的损失。本文提出采用营养成分分析、饲养试验及消化代谢试验等方法,综合评定其得失。与此同时,藉助“人工瘤胃”发酵法作为实例,从实践与理论两个方面较全面地对其作出了评价。结论指出,(1)评定发酵饲料营养价值,必须考虑营养物质的得与失,应用多种方法综合评定;(2)化学成分分析项目的确定应与微生物发酵密切结合。用于测定的样品应是小样、全样;(3)发酵饲料不仅考虑营养物质的变化,还必须估价其经济效益;(4)现用“人工瘤胃”发酵方法,难以全面提高营养价值,失大于得。
Judging fermented feed whether to be good or bad has manly relied nutritional increase for a long time, but the loss of nutrition caused by microbe is ignored.
This Paper put forward a evaluating method which involved nutritional composition a nalysis, feeding experiment and metabolic experiment of digestion to judge the gain or loss of the nutrients in fermented feeds comprehensively. In addition, taking the man-made rumen fermentation for example, it was made an exposition from both practice and theory. The conclusion indicated that : 1) In order to judge the nutritive value of fermented feed, it must considered both the nutritional gain and loss, so that the multiple way should be used in the comprehensive judgement. 2) The nutrients of chemical analysis must be closely combined with the microbial fermentation. And the sample should be small and whole ones for examination. 3) It should be consider that not only the chang of nutrition of the fermented feed but the economic value. 4) The man-made rumen fermentation is difficult to increase the nutritive value for the loss is greater than the gain.
