摘要
本试验以12个标记基因系及其与毫梅的杂交F_1和F_2代为材料,以湖北省代表菌系江陵691为接种菌系,研究了分属于10个连锁群的14个标记基因的遗传方式及其与毫梅的抗白叶枯病新基因X_(a-i)的连锁关系。结果发现X(a-i)与第Ⅵ+Ⅸ连锁群即第2染色体的颈叶基因nl-1相互连锁。连锁值为39.1%。对毫梅在水稻育种上的利用进行了探讨。
The F1 and F2 progenies from the crosses between 12 marker geae lines and Haomei , and their parents were analysed. The inheritance models of 14 marker genes associated with 10 linkage groups, the relationships between the 14 genes and the new resistant gene to bacterial blight Xa-i from Yunnan variety Haomei were studied. Linkage relationship with crossover value of 39.1% was found between Xa-i and nl-1 belonging to linkage group Ⅵ+Ⅸ ie. chromosome 2 , on which the gene Xa-i located. This peper also discussed utilization of Haomei to rice breeding in many respects.
