摘要
1983~1989年对云南粳稻品种进行了稻瘟病垂直抗性基因型的鉴定研究。通过对1000余份云南菌株的鉴定和稳定性选拔,初筛了一套适合于粳稻品种的鉴别菌系,用此鉴别菌系接种227个云南粳稻栽培品种进行垂直抗性分类,结果可划分为Ⅰ—Ⅶ群,18个型。属I—1、Ⅱ—1、Ⅲ—1、Ⅳ—1、V—1型的品种分别持+、P_i—a、P_i—i、P_i—k、P_i—km基因,共177个品种,占78%。除Ⅵ—1、Ⅶ—1、Ⅶ—2,Ⅶ—3型外,各群其它类型的品种可能还持有其它的抗性基因。 另外,用日本鉴别菌系接种的结果虽然可划分为A—J群,但日本菌株对许多品种的反应不明确,获得的信息量少,推定不明的品种约占65%。
Rice blast vertical resistance genotypes of Yunnan Keng (Japonica) rice were identified during 1983-89.After over 1000 samples of Yunnan blast strains had been identified and their stability selected, a set of differential strains suitable for keng rice breeding were Preliminarily screened out. Using them to inoculate 227 cultivars of Yunnan Keng rice and make a classification of vertical resistance of these cultivars, the cultivars could be divide into Ⅰ-Ⅶ groups, 18 types, Ⅰ-1, Ⅱ-1, Ⅲ-1, Ⅳ-1,Ⅴ-1 cultivars containing + , Pi-a, Pi-i, Pi-k, Pi-km genes respectively, numbered 177, accounting for 78% of the inoculated cultivars. With exception of Ⅵ-1, Ⅶ-1, Ⅶ-2, Ⅶ-3, the rest cultivar types may contain genes resistant to other diseases.
In addition, inoculated with Japanese differential blast strains, the cultivars can be divided into A-J groups, but the responses of many of these cultivars were not definite. About 65% of the cultivars were less informative, and it is difficult to determine their resistance.
