摘要
在自行研制的EMCD- Ⅲ误差测控仪上开发出丝杠副动态误差数据采集与分析系统,采用国标验收、统计分析、频谱分析、时域转位分析等多种方法,意在给丝杠副传动误差提供一套完善的分析软件,实现误差分离与误差诊断。
A data acquisition and analysis system has designed On EMCD-Ⅲ (Error Measurement and Control Device) developed by the research group, the purpose of this dissertation is providing a perfect system to transmission error of lead screw, so as to realize error separation and error diagnosis with software Therefore the research includes statistical analysis, spectral analysis, phase transform in time domain and so on, which are based on national standard acceptance requirements
