摘要 三年试验研究结果证明:黄鳝可通过人工繁殖扩大鳝苗来源。用绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)、促黄体素释放激素类似物(LRH-A)及HCG加鲤鱼脑下垂体的混合剂等作人工催产的催产率、采用人工挤卵干法授精法受精率、用静水孵化方式的孵化率均在50%以上。黄鳝的最佳繁殖季节在5~7月。鳝苗的成活率为75~95%。 A study of artificial propagation of monoterus albus had been conducted in 1986-1988, The results showed that the eel fry of monoterus albus could be gained in a great quantity. The human chorionic gonadotrophin (HCG) luleopin releasing hormone d-ala analog (LRH-A) and pituritary body of common carP were the available artificially induced spawing materials. The injection dosage of HCG was 2 internatinal units/g body weight, that of LRH-A was 0.04μg/g body weight, the simultaneous injection dosage of HCG and pituritary body of common carp was 0.5 international units and 0.5μg/g body weight. The rate of induced spawing fertilizing, hatching and survial of eel fry has reached 65, 70, 50 and 75% respectively. The optimum propagation season for monoterus albus was at 5-7 months in a year. The optimal water temperature for hatching ranged 27-32℃, The firstling eel fry in every year could reached sexual maturity in the nxet year.
