本文详细叙述了Φ５０ 三辊联合穿轧机的轧辊及顶头的设计方法、穿轧无缝钢管的轧制表制定方法。提出并实现了该轧机轧辊及顶头的计算机ＳＰＴ 设计程序。并简述了该程序的研制过程、程序的功能及特点等。实践证明，本文介绍的方法和程序实用可行，具有一定的实用意义。

The design method of roll and piercing plug for 50 three roll combined piercing and rolling mill and the manner of laying down operating schedule were detailed.The SPT program for the design was put forward.The developing process、the functions and features of the program were briefed.It's proved that the method and the soffwere introduced in this paper are practical.
