Taking some project in Shanghai as the example, the paper illustrates the seamless deign of super-long basement and some construc- tion measures to prevent cracks, including the allocation of the post-casting band, the reinforcement control, and addition of polypropylene fiber, so as to solve the uneven settlement and large concrete cracks on the main body, the podium and basement which adopt the pile-raft.
