摘要
结合住宅小区建筑工程中的安装工程特点,分析了住宅小区安装工程的特点和施工安装中存在的问题,提出了安装工程监理人员在施工监理中的控制措施,并对提高安装工程监理工作成效提出建议,以指导实践。
Combining with installation engineering characteristics of the residential community building engineering, it analyzes residential com- munity installation engineering features and existing problems, proposes construction inspection control measures of installation engineering in- spector, and proposes suggestions for improving installation engineering supervision, so as to guide practice.
