浅谈市政工程预决算中存在的问题及控制方法

On problems in budget and settlement for municipal projects and controlling methods

针对目前市政工程预决算中存在的预算定额不健全,套用工程量清单报价不合理,现场签证不及时等问题进行了分析,从设计、施工方案、工程量清单报价、材料等方面入手,提出了相应的措施和方法,以期指导实践。

The paper analyzes the incomplete budget quota,the unreasonable adoption of engineering bill pricing and late field inspection in the budget and settlement of current municipal projects,and points out the respective measures and methods from the design,the construction scheme,the engineering bill pricing,and materials,so as to direct the practice.
