摘要
试验采用L_9(3~4)正交试验设计,塑料袋青贮,探讨了不加氨、按15.6克和30克液氨/公斤(干物质)加氨三种用量;青贮时、青贮成功后一次充氨及青贮时和青贮成功后两次充氨三种充氨方式;鲜燕麦草、青玉米秆、鲜稻草三种饲草原料,对青贮饲料质量的影响。结果表明,充氨可以显著提高青贮饲料中粗蛋白含量(P<0.05),且有提高真蛋白含量的作用。两次充氨和青贮成功后一次充氨,比青贮时一次充氨显著地提高青贮饲料中乳酸含量、降低pH值(P<0.05),有改善青贮饲料质量的作用;三种原料中,以玉米秆效果最好,鲜稻草居中,燕麦草最差。
An experiment was conducted to evaluate the silage using L9 (34) orthogonality design of experiment. The amounts of ammonia treated to silage were 0, 15.6 and 30g/kg(DM)of anhydrous ammonia (AH). The treated times were the silage ensile while filling with anhydrous ammnia(TE). after ensiled for two months (AE)t or at and after ensiling (TAE). The ensiling feeds were corn (CS) . rice straw (RS) and oatgrass (OG). The results showed that the silage treated with AH had higher level of crude protein (P<0.05) and true protein. There was no significant difference in the level of organic acids of silage and pH (P>0.05) . Lactate level was higher, but pH was lower in TE and TAE-treated silages (P<0.05). It could improve nutritive value of silage. Among three feeds, CS was the best, RS was better than OG.
