对韶钢第三轧钢厂线材轧机轴承故障进行较系统的技术分析 ,采取了相应的措施 ,基本解决了轧机烧轴承这道难题 ,烧轴承次数及因其误产时间与处理前相比减少 5 0 %以上 ,轴承消耗节约 6 9万元 .

Bearing breakage of wire & rod mill at Shaogang No.3 rolling mill was systematically analysed. Improvement measures were taken for the difficult problem of bearing breakage so as to be tackled. In comparison with previous production, frequency of bearing breakage and loss of working time were decreased by over 50%, while saving of bearing consumption was estimated at a cost of 690 thousand yuan (RMB).
