炼焦配用山西肥煤的研究与应用

Study of blending and using Shanxi fat coal on coking process

通过煤质分析 ,结合在焦炉炼焦生产中的实践 ,全面分析并掌握了山西肥煤的煤质特性 .在此基础上 ,针对山西肥煤独特的结焦性能 ,进行了一系列配合煤试验 ,得到了配用山西肥煤炼制优质焦炭的要点 ,达到了既降低焦炭成本又提高焦炭强度的目的 .

Through analysis on coal quality especially its unique coking performance, and in combination with the practice on coking process in coke oven, series test of coal mixing schemes was put to trial. The study result showed that use of Shanxi coal not only lowered the production cost but also enhanced the coke strength.
