斑马鱼甘露糖结合蛋白基因的分离及生物信息学分析

摘要 甘露糖结合蛋白是动物免疫系统中的重要组分,是参与动物补体激活途径的重要分子。本研究分离鉴定了一个斑马鱼甘露糖结合蛋白基因。通过生物信息学分析和分子建模发现其与哺乳动物和原鸡的甘露糖结合蛋白有高度序列和结构的相似性。该基因的鉴定为鱼类补体系统的研究提供了有意义的信息。
