摘要
本文分析了汽车碰撞数值仿真中常见的沙漏模态的机理,推导了沙漏基矢量的形式,讨论了沙漏模态的控制方法,比较了不同沙漏控制方法在点焊撕裂动态数值仿真中单元变形时序图和能量-时间曲线。数值仿真结果表明在低速结构大变形问题中,弹性刚度沙漏控制方法能较好的抑制沙漏变形并保持高的计算效率,这种方法对于解决大变形动力有限元分析中的沙漏问题有着重要的意义.
The causes of hourglassing mode and hourglass base vectors is deduced in this paper. Hourglass control methods are discussed and compared. An example of a two spotwelded sheets being taken apart demonstrates the foregoing analysis of hourglass mode. The results show that stiffness hourglass control method is more effective and efficient in case of low velocity and large deformation situation.
