基于产品工艺设计过程管理构架的CAPP系统

A CAPP System Based on Product Prosess Planning Flow Management Frameworks

先进制造技术的发展对CAPP系统的柔性提出了更高的要求。本文结合作者在CAPP中的研究与实践，把构架设计思想应用于CAPP系统，提出了CAPP领域分析模型和产品工艺设计过程管理构架。在此基础上，以作者参与开发的上海飞机制造厂CAPP系统为实例，参照产品工艺设计过程管理构架，详细论述了该系统的五大功能，由此为CAPP的研究提供了一种新的可行的方法。

New advanced manufacturing theories and technologies challenge functions of CAPP system and its development. With the background of research and practice on CAPP,this paper incorporates the frameworks concepts into CAPP system and the product process planning flow management frameworks together with the model for CAPP domain analysis is put forword. It is succeeded in developing a CAPP system for shanghai Aeroplane Industry Company.According to the frarneworks,this paper analyses the whole funcitons of the SAIC's CAPP system in detail. A new method to the research of CAPP is worked out.
