摘要
武钢4号高炉大修，在高炉采用一系列先进设备和先进技术的同时，重视原料系统配套改造，将3、8、9号矿槽改造加振动筛，筛除入炉烧结矿粉末，改善料柱透气性，保障高炉顺行，节焦增铁。
Great importance was attached to the reform 0f charge material system while a series ofadvanced technologies and equipments were applied in the relining of No.4 Blast Fumace in WISCO. in the project the No. 3, No. 8 and No. 9 ore bins were technically reformed and equipped with three additional shaking sieves to screen out powder of the charging sinter ore to improve the Permeability of the stock column, ensure smooth operation of the blast furnace, and reduce coke consumption and increase iron output.
