摘要
高炉总降压变电所110kV受电故障录波器装置为分析系统事故提供科学依据，通过录波分析，找出事故原因，制订反事故措施，为查找事故点提供优选数据，并能准确地判断故障性质，对迅速恢复供电极为重要；积累运行经验，提高运行水平，特别是对继电保护原理或回路中存在的缺陷，能及时发现，以便完善和改进。
The electric power trouble wave recording device is a tool used to detect the trouble of the received electricity at the blast fumace stepping - down transformer substation. It can provide scientific proof to determine the trouble in the power system and its cause by analyzing the recorded wave and then work out desirable countermeasures to prevent the trouble from arising. It is demonstrated that provision of sufficient well selected data to find out the location of the trouble and identify its nature is of great importance for swift restoration of powr supply, for accumulation of operating experience and for raising the operating experience and for raising the operating level. With help of the device the defaults in the circuit can be found out in good time and thus the function of relay protection secured and improved greatly.
