摘要
提出了一种不同于连铸结晶器常规圆柱形足辊的异形足辊。这种足辊的特点是中心部位凸出,能有效地压缩出结晶器下口的坯壳,从而减轻铸坯鼓肚量,防止铸坯角部纵裂纹及由此引发的漏钢事故,经马钢三钢厂板坯和方坯连铸机实际应用效果良好,使板坯角部纵裂漏由投产初期的0.73%下降为零。
This paper introduces the profiled foot rolls of CC mould different from common cylindrical foot rulls. It is characterized by protruding in central part through which the shells can becompressed out of the lower gate of the mould and therefore reduce the buldging on cast slabs... Longitudinal corner cracks on slabs can he prevented so as to atroid breakout. Acconding to the application in slab and billet continuous casting machine in No. 3 Steelmaking Plant at Ma Anshan Iron &Steel Co. Ltd, the results are satisfactory, and the longitudinal comer cracks reduces from 0. 73%in initial production process to 0.
