摘要 润楠雄配子体发育过程中,绒毡层发生的一系列变化大致可归纳为:(1)小孢子母细胞时期,绒毡层细胞基本上呈等径的薄壁组织细胞样.(2)小孢子母细胞减数分裂Ⅰ期,绒毡层细胞中有多个小液泡出现,细胞壁局部有溶解的迹象,(3)小孢子母细胞减数分裂Ⅱ期,绒毡层细胞质周缘有众多(?)高尔基体排列的粗(?)(?)质网结构出现.(4)厚核小孢子早期,绒毡层细胞壁由内切向(?)(5)小孔子第一次有丝分裂时,绒毡层细胞进入药室(?),形成周原质(?);此(?)绒毡(?)(?)中有众多(?)(?)体(?)多泡体结构形成.(6)三细胞花粉时,构成周原质团的绒(?)可见(?)心(?)泡体(?),本文对绒毡层发生的一些重要变化与雄(?) In the course of the development of the male gameiophytc of Machilus pingii, a series of changes occur during the tapetun development and may be summarized as following: (1) At the microsporc'mother cell stage, tapctal cells mostly appear as isodiametrically parcnchymatous; (2) At the molosie-I stage of the microspore mother cell, numerous small vacuoles are appeared in ihc tapctal cells, partiale sissolution, is occuring in the wall; (3) At the mciosis-F stage of the microspor mother Cell' in the peripheral portion of the tapetum cell there appears come Golgi body-like endoplasm reticulum; (4) At the early stage of the uninuclcate microcorcp. the wall of the tapetum cell gradually dissolves from its inner tangential side, outwards; (5) At the mitosis-1 stage of the microspore. the tapetum cell is entering into the cavity of the anther;s pcripkcrrodium. At this stage the tapetum cell appears considerable lipoplasls and multivesiclar bodies are formed as its (6) In the two celled anther cavity, the disintegrated tapetum cells are baing absorbed by the pollen grains, and in the residual portion of the concentric multivcsicular bodies may be seen. Finally, the relationship of the tapetum cell and the development of the rale is qiscussed.
