摘要
选择了国内通用的单丝埋弧焊成熟技术堆焊连铸辊。通过实验室对比了15CrMo辊芯母材和堆焊金属的性能,选择并优化了堆焊工艺参数,使堆焊的连铸复合辊实物水平达到了企业内部技术条件。经工业装机试验表明,堆焊的连铸复合辊较15CrMo普通连铸堆焊辊使用寿命提高3~6倍。
