三种中药注射液的不溶性微粒考察

摘要 目的观察三种中药注射液(参麦注射液、生脉注射液和血必净注射液)在5%葡萄糖注射液和0.9%氯化钠注射液中6h内≥10μM和≥25μM不溶性微粒的变化。方法模拟临床用药,将三种中药注射液分别加入5%葡萄糖注射液和0.9%氯化钠注射液中,测定配伍液中6h内不溶性微粒的变化。结果三种中药注射液与两种输液配伍后6h内≥10μM和≥25μM的不溶性微粒数均有增加,但符合中国药典2005版一部对静脉注射液的要求。结论三种中药注射液与5%葡萄糖注射液配伍使用比与0.9%氯化钠注射液配伍后使用更为适宜,但配伍后的微粒数量不容忽视。 Objective To study the insoluble particulate from three kinds of Chinese Medicine injection(Shenmai,Shengmai and Xuebijing injections) mixed with 5% glucose injection and 0.9% sodium chloride injection in 6h.Methods The three Chinese Medicine injections were mixed with 5% glucose injection and 0.9% sodium chloride injection according to its clinical usage,and their insoluble particulate were measured by a particulate analyzer in 6h.Results In the three Chinese Medicine injections,the amount of the insoluble particulates increased to the extent which was permitted by the requirement for IV injection according to Chinese Pharmacopoeia.Conclusion The effect of the three Chinese Medicine injections mixed with 5% glucose injections is better than mixed with 0.9% sodium chloride injection,but the insoluble particulate could not be neglected.
