广州六榕社区居民代谢综合征的流行现况分析

目的了解六榕社区35～65岁居民代谢综合征(MS)的患病情况,为南方城区居民心脑血管疾病的社区综合防治提供依据。方法从六榕社区随机抽取4个居委会,系统抽样目标人群241人问卷调查、体检、结果判断及统计分析。结果 MS患病率21.99%,男女患病率间差异有统计学意义。各年龄组间MS比较差异无统计学意义,不表现增龄趋势。在各组分中,异常指标患病率在男女间差异有统计学意义。各年龄组中,空腹血糖≥6.1、餐后2h血糖≥7.8mmol/L、高血压的患病率有统计学意义。不同年龄组的餐后2h血糖、收缩压、舒张压的测量结果间差异有统计学意义。MS中出现多种代谢异常聚集现象。结论该社区具有较高的MS患病率,且多种代谢异常的聚集现象较为严重,提示须对MS患者进行有效的综合干预,降低心脑血管疾病的风险及所带来的社会负担。

Objective To know the prevalence of metabolic syndromes residents who age range of 35 to 65,living in Guangzhou Liurong community and to provide the basis for prevention and treatment of southern city residents which have cardiovascular or（and） cerebrovascular disease.Methods Four residential committees in Liurong street were selected,in which select 241 sys random samples for survey,body check,then to judge and analyze the test result.Results The prevalence of MS（metabolic syndromes） is 21.99%,in which the prevalence between men and women is statistically different.The prevalence of MS has no statistically difference between age groups.The prevalence of MS between men and women is statistically different in abnormal items.In the items of fasting blood glucose≥6.1mmol/L,postprandial 2 hours blood glucose≥7.8mmol/L and hypertension,the prevalence of MS between age groups are statistically different.In the items of postprandial 2 hours blood glucose,systolic blood,pressure（SBP）,diastolic blood pressure（DBP）,the detection/measurement results between age groups are statistically different.It appears the mult-abnormal-metabolism aggregation in MS.Conclusion The Liurong community has a high prevalence of MS.In addition,multiple abnormal metabolisms cluster seriously.It means it＇s necessary to take comprehensive intervention to MS effectively,which can reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease/cerebrovascular disease and the social burden.
