在小学高年级学生中开展性健康教育的研究

目的了解新安辖区小学高年级学生对青春期性健康知识知晓情况,开展性健康教育活动,以提高青春前期青少年性健康知识知晓率。方法对辖区六所小学五～六年级学生(10～13岁青春前期的青少年)进行问卷调查,内容主要包括青春期健康知识获得途径、青春期健康知识等,对所得结果进行统计学分析。结果青少年获得青春性健康知识的途径主要是通过学生相互传授(49%),其次是各种媒介(27%),再次是老师、家长(24%)。而青少年青春性健康知识知晓率综合评估仅36.6%。在实施活动方案三个月后辖区内再次调查发现青春期性健康知识知晓率达73.4%,结果与培训前比较,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小学生的青春期性健康知识较为贫乏,在小学开展青春前期性健康教育是一新课题,只有通过进一步完善小学高年级青春期前期性健康教育的内容、教学方式,并与中学阶段的性健康教育相互衔接才能化解学生们对自己身体在生长发育过程中所发生变化感到好奇和恐惧,让其能够健康、快乐地成长,使其受益终生。

Objective To understand the student to the elementary school higher grades xinan jurisdiction adolescent health awareness,knowledge,through the development of sexual health education activities to enhance the sexual health knowledge among youth teenagers.Methods Its six primary six students（10 to 13 years old the teenagers） youth questionnaire survey,content mainly includes adolescent health knowledge get way,adolescent health knowledge,the results obtained statistical analysis.Results Teenagers get youth health to knowledge mainly through the students to each other（49%）,the second is all kinds of media（27%）,once again,is the teacher,parents（24%）.And young health knowledge awareness comprehensive evaluation only 36.6%.In the implementation of programmes after two months within the jurisdiction of the adolescent reproductive health survey found again be aware of knowledge about 73.4%,the results and training,than before a statistically significant difference（P 0.05）.Conclusion Pupils of the adolescent health knowledge is poor,and in the elementary school in reproductive health education is the youth a new subject,it is only through further perfecting the elementary school higher grades early adolescence health education content,teaching methods,and with high school education of sexual health connected to defuse the students to their physical development and fear,curious let its to be happy,healthy growth,make it for a lifetime.
