摘要
本文利用渗流理论对柑桔皮上青霉菌繁殖的实验规律提出了理论模拟.所得结果表明,由理论模拟得到的渗流几率曲线P_∞(T)与青霉菌繁殖的实验曲线R(T)符合得较好.
In this paper, for the experimental law of propagation of mould on the surface of orange by using the theory of percolation a theory-simmulation has been proposed. The results show that the theory-simmulated curves of percolatire probability P(T) are exactly consistent with experimental curves of propagation of mould R(T).
