比色法测定大蒜提取物中大蒜总皂苷含量 被引量:9

Content Determination of Total Saponins in Garlic Extract by Colorimetry

摘要 目的:建立一种大蒜提取物中总皂苷含量的测定方法。方法:以知母皂苷A-Ⅲ为对照品,香草醛-高氯酸比色法测定大蒜提取物中总皂苷含量。结果:知母皂苷A-Ⅲ在20.16~181.44μg与吸光度呈良好线性关系,回归方程为Y=4.839X+0.066,r=0.999 5(n=9),平均回收率100.6%,RSD 1.5%。结论:该方法简单,准确性、重复性良好,可作为大蒜提取物中总皂苷质量控制方法。 Objective:To develop a method for content determination of total saponins in garlic extract.Method: Timosaponin A Ⅲ was used as a reference substance,and vanillin-perchloric acid was applied as coloring reagent to determine the content of total saponins.Result: The calibration curve of timosaponin A Ⅲ showed good linearity in the range of 20.16-181.44 μg,and the regression equation was Y=4.839 6X+0.066 6,r=0.999 5.The average recovery rate was 100.6%,and RSD was 1.5%.Conclusion: The determination method is simple,sensitive and accurate,which can be used for evaluating the quality of total saponins in the garlic extract
