摘要
目的:研究江香薷醇提物石油醚部位的化学成分。方法:采用GC-MS联分析和鉴定化学成分。结果:在最佳分析条件下,经毛细管色谱分离、气相质谱分析工作站WILEY/NBS库,NIST02质谱数据库检索,并参照有关文献,共分离出50个峰,鉴定了38个化学成分。含量较高的化合物为百里香酚(18.31%),3,13-十八碳二烯-1-醇(10.26%),香荆芥酚(8.60%)等。结论:利用GC-MS分析鉴定江香薷脂溶性成分,具有快速、稳定、重复性好的特点,可用于江香薷药材成分的分析鉴定。
Objective：To investigate the chemical constisuents of petroleum spirit part of Mosla chinensis ＇Jiangxiangru＇.Method：The chemical constituents were analyied and identified by GC-MS.Result： the extra tion was separated by capillary tubing colour spectrum,and 38 peaks affirmed were by WILEY/NBS,NIST02 work station and reference documentation.The major chemical components are thymol（18.31%）,3,13-octadecadien-1-ol（10.26%）,carvacrol（8.60%）.Conclusion：Analyzing and identifying composition by GC-MS is fast,stable,and has fine reproduction quality,it can be used for composition analysis of Mosla chinensis ＇Jiangxiangru＇.
