摘要
在锦橙的紫外线灭菌保鲜的试验基础上,根据紫外线对微生物作用的分子机理,建立了紫外线灭菌的物理模型,所得结论与试验及现有理论相一致.
On tiie experimental basis of keep-freshness of orange with ultraviolet sterilization, and according to the molecular mechanism of interaction between ultraviolet and micro-organism, a physical model of ultraviolet sterilization is proposed, and the conclusions drawn from it are consistent with the experiments and the presented theory.
