度洛西汀的拟5-羟色胺能不良反应包括锥体外系反应、胃肠反应、出血、病毒感染、体重先降后升、撤药综合征、自杀、癫痫发作、性功能减退和5-羟色胺综合征；度洛西汀的拟去甲肾上腺素不良反应包括幻觉、躁狂、脑血管收缩、交感神经兴奋、低钠血症、性功能亢进、增加心率、增加QTc间期、血压升高、直立性低血压、闭角型青光眼和尿潴留。
Role of homologous serotonin of duloxetine includes extrapyramidal reaction, gastrointestinal reaction, hemorrhage, viral infection, drug withdrawal syndrome, suicide, epileptic attack, sexual disorder and serotonin syndrome. Adverse reactions of analogous norepinephrine about duloxetine are hallucination, mania, cerebrovaseular contraction, excitation of sympathetic nerve, hyponatremia, orthostatic hypotension, angle - closure glaucoma, retention of urine, hypertension and so on.
