布鲁氏菌BP26蛋白迟发型变态反应的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:研究布氏菌(简称Br.)BP26蛋白在不同抗原免疫豚鼠模型上的迟发型变态反应。方法:分别用BP26重组蛋白、布氏菌纯蛋白衍生物(Br-PPD)、布氏菌M16种纯蛋白衍生物(Br.M16-PPD)、布氏菌RM6种纯蛋白衍生物(Br.RM6-PPD)、布氏菌5K/33种纯蛋白衍生物(Br.5K/33-PPD)5种变态反应原,在BP26和不同种布氏菌免疫豚鼠模型上分别进行皮肤试验。结果:变态反应原BP26蛋白在BP26免疫模型上能够形成明显的迟发型变态反应,在不同种布氏菌免疫的模型上均为阴性;各种布氏菌纯蛋白衍生物变态反应原在其相应菌种的免疫模型上形成明显的变态反应,在BP26免疫模型上均为阴性结果。结论:布氏菌BP26具有变态反应原性,其变应原性具有较强的特异性。 Objective:To research the delayed-type hypersensitivity of Brucella BP26 by skin tests in guinea pigs immunized with various Brucella antigens.Methods:Guinea pigs were immunized with BP26 and various brucella species respectively.The above-mentioned immunized guinea pigs were injected i.d.with purified protein derivative of Brucella,purified protein derivative of Br.M16,purified protein derivative of Br.RM6,purified protein derivative of Br.5K/33.Results:The results of skin tests on BP26 allergen in BP26 immunized guinea pigs were positive,and those in the guinea pigs sensitized with Brucella species were negative.Nevertheless,the results of skin tests on PPD allergen was reversed.Conclusion:Brucella BP26 showed its high specific allergenicity.
