Resource Allocation in Social Transition:Study on Regional Differentiation of Competitive Sports

依据总体经费变量、人均经费变量、教练员员队伍变量等对国内大陆地区省份进行竞技体育水平的分区研究,并对各地区竞技体育的发展水平进行比较。我国各地区竞技体育严重失衡的局面,与社会转型中国家在市场资源配置中的作用方式有关,也体现了中国社会转型的独特性。从地区均衡发展角度,探讨转型时期在体育发展中的国家与市场作用机制。

Based on the variables including total fund input, average fund input, and coach stuff, etc. , this paper makes classified study on competitive sports level of provinces in mainland of China and analyzes the relationship between them. As a result of the mechanism of state and market in the resource allocation, the big unbalance in different regions also embodies the specialty of China ＇ s social transition. It is necessary to probe into the mechanism of state and market in sport system transition to balance the developing of regional welfare, amend the welfare level of athletes, and provide theoretical support for the reform of the sport system.
