基于社会关系网的交易费用模型

Transaction Cost Model Based on Social Network

本文从对异构性社会关系网进行分析中发现了其专有性资产属性,在分布式多代理人系统框架内构造了社会关系网的交易费用模型。通讯成本是基本的交易费用构成。运用这一模型对私营企业生命周期进行研究,结果表明,由于私营企业主具有利用社会关系网的偏好,动用较多的企业资源开发社会关系网络,导致庞大的交易费用支出,是企业的生命周期缩短的关键性成因。

This paper constructs a social network transaction cost model in the framework of distributed multi-agents system and indicates communication costs is the fundamental transaction costs,by analyzing the heterogeneous structure social network and finding the assets specification. Applying the model in the study of private firms’ life cycle,the conclusion shows tremendous transaction costs is the key cause which may induce private firm＇s life cycle reduction,because owners of private firm have stronger preference on utilizing social network and employing more resources to develop social network.
