摘要
全球价值链(GVC)上企业的升级表现为企业对价值链控制权和价值分配权的争夺。企业能力的"专有性"使其处于"被依赖"地位,从而在权利争夺中处于有利地位;而"专用性"产生的"依赖"倾向则不利于权利的争夺。但恰当的专用策略的采用能够很好地促进专有能力的提升。GVC上的企业升级就是一个企业围绕专有目标,通过恰当的专用策略进行能力构建的活动。初始能力水平不同的企业,在不同的构建环境和构建策略的影响下,能力演化路径也不同,从而在企业升级上产生不同的结果。
Enterprise's Upgrading in the Global Value Chains represents contention for GVC control power and value distribution rights. Enterprise's "exclusive ability" makes it being a replier and in a favorable position when fighting for rights. However,the dependency with "specificity" obstructs the fighting for rights. But as an effective means to increase "exclusive ability","special ability" matters for upgrading. Enterprise's Upgrading in GVC is a process of building ability. Weak initial ability,unfavorable environment and difficult construction strategy make it difficult to realize ability evolution and enterprise's upgrading.
