基于超边际分析的农地产权制度变迁机理研究

Study on Institutional Change Mechanism of Agricultural Land Property System Based on Infra-marginal Analysis

本文对传统的新兴古典模型进行了动态化处理,在农地产权制度变迁过程中引入制度试验的概念,讨论知识在制度试验中的作用,将时间维度和知识问题引入模型,求解瓦尔拉斯序贯均衡及其超边际比较动态分析,从试验费用的农地产权制度对社会搜索促进农业经济增长的有效制度的影响角度,揭示制度变迁的机理,认为实现中国农业经济可持续性增长的前提,是建立自由定价制度和农地市场体系。

This paper establishes a dynamic model based on traditional neoclassic model. The concept of system test is introduced in the dynamic analysis of agricultural land property system,and the role of knowledge in system test is discussed. Then,the time dimension and knowledge issue are used to establish neoclassic model,and Walrasian sequential equilibrium and its infra-marginal comparative dynamic analysis has been solved. This paper discussed the impacts of agricultural land property system which impacts on system test cost on social searching of effective system which attributes to agricultural economic growth. The institutional change mechanism which is caused by the test of agricultural land property system is revealed. Finally,the conclusion can be reached that the premise to achieve sustainable growth of China＇s agricultural economy is to establish a free pricing system and an agricultural land market system.
