Comparative Analysis of Eigenfactor and Impact Factor on the Basis of CSSCI Educational Journals

以CSSC I2008-2009年度37种教育学期刊为研究对象,分别计算2008年度和2009年度教育学期刊的特征因子和影响因子,通过这两个指标的对比,指出了特征因子计量方法的优势与不足,并对特征因子计量方法的使用提出建议,以增强期刊评价的合理性。

Using the Eigenfactor Metrics,this study analyzes the data extracted from 37 educational journals in CSSCI database.The results show that the Eigenfactor Metrics has its advantages and limitations compared with impact factor evaluation.Some suggestions are presented to improve the effectiveness of this journal evaluation tool.
