摘要
分析了虚拟团队知识共享的基本特征,从知识主体的内在需要以及知识共享的外在刺激出发,分别以组织环境以及知识特点作为动因的外在条件,以组织动因和个体动因作为动因的内在条件,探讨了虚拟团队知识共享的动机因素,并在此基础上,构建了虚拟团队知识共享的动因模型。
The virtual team is an effective form for knowledge sharing.In this paper,basic features of knowledge sharing in virtual teams are analyzed.Starting from the internal needs of knowledge owners and external stimulus on knowledge sharing,motivation factors of knowledge sharing in virtual teams are systematically explored,respectively considering organization environment and knowledge characteristics as external conditions,organization motivation and personal motivation as internal conditions.Based on these,the model of knowledge sharing motivation in virtual teams is set up.
