面向城市社区的双向一体化智能物流信息平台研究

Research on Intelligent Logistics Information Platform with Pickup-delivery for Urban Communities

针对我国城市社区配送与退货逆向物流环节中存在的问题,给出了一种包括城市社区物流服务中心、区域服务站、社区服务点在内的三级结构的双向一体化物流服务模式,并基于商务智能技术与知识管理理论,提出了一种具有智能决策支持能力的物流信息平台模型为社区物流服务提供技术支撑,同时对该平台中各子系统的功能结构进行了阐述,分析了其可行性,最后对平台实施中的关键事宜进行了探讨。

For the problems in community distribution and reverse logistics of goods returning,a three-leveled logistics service mode with pickup-delivery including city logistics service center,local logistics service stations and community logistics service points is given in this paper firstly.After that,based on business intelligence technology and knowledge management theory,a city logistics information platform model with intelligent decision support ability is proposed to provide information technical support for community logistics service,the functional structures of each subsystem are elaborated and the feasibility of the platform is also analyzed.At last,the key issues in platform implementation are discussed.
