再生粗骨料混凝土立方体抗压强度试验研究 被引量:9

摘要 鉴于再生粗骨料来源的多样性,RAC(再生混凝土)的立方体抗压强度(frc)也会有所不同。为探讨不同粗骨料来源RAC的立方体抗压强度frc之间的差异性,选取了具有典型代表性的旧房拆迁、高强桩基、市政工程、科学研究等四种不同来源的废混凝土,经破碎加工成四种再生粗骨料,分别选取了25%、50%、75%和100%四种取代率,配置成四种RAC,测其frc抗压强度。结果表明,再生粗骨料取代率对RAC frc抗压强度影响较大,而不同粗骨料来源对RAC的frc影响并不明显。 Because of the diversity of sources of recycled coarse aggregate,the compressive strength of RAC(recycled aggregate concrete) will vary.To study the differences of the compressive strength of RAC whose coarse aggregate is derived from different origins,four sources of recycled concrete,such as old house dismantlement,high-strength pile,municipal engineering and scientific research,are chosen in the study.The four kinds of waste concrete are broken into four kinds of RCA.Then,four kinds of replacement ratios are selected separately,four kinds of RAC are compounded,and the compressive strength is measured separately.Results show that recycled coarse aggregate replacement ratio has high effect on the compressive strength of RAC,while the diversity of sources of recycled coarse aggregate has low effect on the compressive strength of RAC.
