Studying on the countermeasures to protect patients'right of privacy in hospital management

The scope of protecting patients＇right of privacy and main forms of invading the right of privacy were studied.Then,the causes of patients＇right of privacy being invaded by hospitals were analyzed.Based on which,some countermeasures and suggestions were put forward to protect patients＇right of privacy,including aspects of hospitals＇management rule,medical services facilities,medical services concept,medical professionals＇legal consciousness,and legislation on privacy.
