Studying on the supply chain management of safety foods and drugs based on the technique of Internet of Things

近年来,我国食品药品质量安全问题频发,"齐二药事件"、"欣弗事件"、"三鹿奶粉事件"等问题被媒体曝光后均引起一定程度上的社会恐慌。应对此类问题的方法有政府监管论、企业社会责任论、非政府组织的社会功能论等。文章从新技术创新的运用引发产业重组及与之相应的供应链管理来探讨食品、药品的安全性保障问题。

Many problems of foods and drugs safety had occurred in recent years,which resulted in public panic.Some countermeasures had been put forward,which were mainly based on theories of governmental supervision,enterprises＇ social responsibility and social function of non-governmental organization.The issue of ensuring safety foods and drugs was discussed in view of the application of new technique,which resulted in industry reorganization,and supply chain management.
