我国大型医院门诊药学服务定量研究

Quantitative study on outpatient pharmacy services in large-scale hospitals in China

目的:了解我国大型医院门诊药学服务现状,为其提升药学服务水平提供参考。方法:采用WHO的部分指标对医院门诊药学服务行为进行定量研究。结果:我国大型医院门诊医生完全讲解药物使用方法比例很低(仅为18.34%);病人询问药物使用方法比例较高(达到54.9%)。结论:大型医院门诊药学服务供需矛盾较大,医生应该努力提高门诊药学服务的数量和质量。

Objective： To understand the current situation of outpatient pharmacy services in large-scale hospitals,and to provide a reference on improving the pharmacy service level.Method： Conduct quantitative research on outpatient pharmacy services adopting part of WHO indicators.Results：（1） The percentage of fully explain the usage of medicine is very low in outpatient doctors of large-scale hospitals in China（only 18.34%）,（2） The percentage of patients asking the usage of medicine is high（up to 54.9%）.Conclusion： The gap between supply and demand of outpatient pharmacy services in large-scale hospital is quite big;physicians should make effort to improve the quantity and quality of outpatient pharmacy services.
