摘要
目的:了解我国大型医院门诊药学服务现状,为其提升药学服务水平提供参考。方法:采用WHO的部分指标对医院门诊药学服务行为进行定量研究。结果:我国大型医院门诊医生完全讲解药物使用方法比例很低(仅为18.34%);病人询问药物使用方法比例较高(达到54.9%)。结论:大型医院门诊药学服务供需矛盾较大,医生应该努力提高门诊药学服务的数量和质量。
Objective: To understand the current situation of outpatient pharmacy services in large-scale hospitals,and to provide a reference on improving the pharmacy service level.Method: Conduct quantitative research on outpatient pharmacy services adopting part of WHO indicators.Results:(1) The percentage of fully explain the usage of medicine is very low in outpatient doctors of large-scale hospitals in China(only 18.34%),(2) The percentage of patients asking the usage of medicine is high(up to 54.9%).Conclusion: The gap between supply and demand of outpatient pharmacy services in large-scale hospital is quite big;physicians should make effort to improve the quantity and quality of outpatient pharmacy services.
