摘要
为了解决罩式退火炉生产工艺中桥式起重机定位系统所存在的定位精度差、定位效率低、运行不平稳的问题,在保留原桥式起重机结构和控制方式的基础上,设计了采用激光测距器和条码定位仪作为测距测速传感器,结合工控机与可编程控制器实现精确的绝对认址及闭环控制的新型的桥式起重机定位系统。实际运行表明,本定位系统使桥式起重机达到平稳加、减速运行,实现起重机在现场作业中高效精确定位、快速平稳运行。
In order to solve low positioning accuracy,low efficiency, not running smoothly problems of over- head crane positioning system in the Bell-type annealing furnace production process, based on the structure and control scheme of original overhead crane,designed a novel overhead crane positioning system: in the field of meauring distance and speed using barcode positioning system and laser range finder,integrating into IPC and PLC to achieve accurately absolute identification site and closed-loop control. The result shows that crane accelerates and decelerates operations smoothly, achieving high accurate positioning and fast running smoothly on site.
