摘要
本文论述了二氢鞘氨醇的结构及生物合成,研究了它在抗癌方面的增效作用,通过小鼠肿瘤的明显消失,证实了二氢鞘氨醇的作用效果是明显的。
The structure and the liviny being synthesis of the dihydrosphingosines has been showed ,It was prored that the dihydrosphingosines was a potentiating agent in inhibit-ed the growth of cancer tumor by eliminating mouse's tumor.
