基于主成分分析的科技企业孵化器绩效评价研究

Analysis on the Performance Evaluation of Science & Technology Enterprise Incubator Based on Principal Components

对科技企业孵化器的经营绩效进行评价不仅对孵化器自身加强运营管理,而且对政府管理部门制定合理政策以引导孵化器事业的发展都具有重要意义。基于此,建立了企业孵化器绩效评价指标体系,运用主成分分析法构建了孵化器绩效评价模型,并进行了实证分析。研究表明,我国企业孵化器的综合绩效水平存在较大的差异性。

Science ＆ technology enterprise incubator performance evaluation has an important significance not only in strengthening operation management of incubator itself, but also in the govemment management departments to make rea- sonable policies to guide the development of incubator industry. This paper establishes enterprise incubator performance e- valuation indicator system, builds up an enterprise incubator performance evaluation mode with principle components meth- od and carries out empirical analysis. It suggests that there exist relatively large gaps in the comprehensive performance of domestic enterprise incubator performance evaluation.
