高科技企业员工激励的有效性是急需解决的一个重要问题。首先分析了高科技企业激励管理的特征,然后对高科技企业激励管理缺失的后果进行了分析,最后创新性地提出了从员工心理激励提高高科技企业员工激励管理有效性的对策。
