研究教学型高校关键型学术人才的激励研究

Stimulating Study of Research Teaching University's Key Academic Talents

关键型学术人才的培养关系到学校的地位和发展层次,对关键型学术人才的激励机制做相应研究显得尤为重要。高校的层次不同对关键型学术人才的激励也有所不同。选取一所比较有代表性的研究教学型高校作为调研对象,分析研究教学型高校在关键型学术人才的激励中存在的问题,并提出相应的策略,以期对研究教学型高校的关键型学术人才的激励机制的完善起到一定的借鉴作用。

The key academic talents relates the status and the development level of school. Therefore, the incentive mech- anism of corresponding research to the key of academic talents appears especially important. University＇s level of different tape asks for the key academic talented person＇s different drive. This paper selects a more representative research teaching university as a research object, and analyzes the problems existing in the motivation to the key academic talents. It also puts forward the corresponding strategy in order to give some certain reference to perfect the incentive mechanism of the key academic talents of the teaching research university.
