摘要
恶意广告软件是指未经用户允许,下载并安装在用户电脑上;或与其他软件捆绑,通过弹出式广告等形式牟取商业利益的程序。这类软件大多通过共享软件传播,因其推广成本低而受到广告客户的亲睐,但其同时消耗网络用户的系统资源,侵犯了用户上网的自由选择权、知情权及财产权,甚至在后台收集用户信息牟利,危及用户隐私。对此类软件的运行我们应适度容忍但严格规范,严格遵循知情同意原则,最大限度地保护用户的合法权益。
Adware is the software that has been downloaded and installed on the user computer without the user permis- sion; or spred by bundled with other software and gained commercial interest through pop - up ads and other forms in the process. Most of these software have been loved by advertisers because of its low cost, but it also consumes system re- sources for Interact access and violates their choice right, right to information and property rights, even privacy by collec- ting user information for profit in the background. We should tolerance appropriately and strictly regulate the software to protect rights and interests of users.
